My first career was in international diplomacy — organizing high-level business and economic summits, including state visits with presidents and heads of government. That work is fundamentally about systems: aligning competing interests, reading rooms, and making things happen with precision under pressure.

Those instincts didn't leave when I moved into software — they became a framework. I build API integrations across major platforms, design automation pipelines that remove entire manual workflows, and work in machine learning beyond the surface: model selection, fine-tuning trade-offs, knowing when a smaller specialized model quietly outperforms a frontier one, and what the problem actually demands versus what's easy to reach for. Strategy runs through all of it the same way it did in diplomacy — understanding the constraints, reading where systems will break, and making the right call under pressure. I work at the intersection of product and engineering, which means I don't just define what gets built — I understand how it works, what makes it fail, and why the architecture behind it is where the real decisions live.
